Day Camp…..

Day Camp…..

Playing with these great prints from Birch Fabrics… I know, not my normal palette, huh? That could be why I am kind of enjoying and somewhat challenged by it as well.

Prints are from their upcoming lines Camp Sur and Camp Modern.  In shops this November. I think this pattern that I am working up with it may become one of my first patterns for sale.  I am thinking I may need to make up another sample in my usual bold colors.  I love the name I have given this design (even though I can’t show you this design yet, I can tell you the name! 🙂 ) It is called Gypsy River Camp and I hope to share more of it with you soon!!

What are you working on??

That’s a great name for a pattern. Can it be made with pre cuts? I really like those Birch Fabrics too. Sounds like they fit your pattern. Hurry up and get it done.

  • Good luck on your first pattern design!

I wanted to let you know that the Men Quilt Too Show for this October is cancelled due to low participation. I am however, going to have a linky party just like I did last year for everyone who wants to come over and link up again. I hope to see you!

The linky party will air on October 15th over at http://www.pigtalesandquilts.com!
